  • To cancel your order, you must email us your cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase. You can cancel within that time frame by emailing us at yourbestie@bookclubbestie.com.

    Due to the customization of our products, we cannot process cancellations after 24 hours.

  • Book Bestie Deluxe Gift Boxes, One-Time Book Club Bestie Subscription Boxes and your first Book Club Bestie Subscription Box will ship within 2 weeks of order placement.

    For those who purchased a 6-month or 12-month subscription, your first order will ship within 2 weeks; after that, you will receive your subscription boxes on a bi-monthly cadence. Book Club Bestie Subscription Boxes are shipped within the first 2 full weeks of the month.

  • Unfortunately, we do not give refunds if you do not like a book. Although we are confident you will enjoy your experience, we cannot 100% guarantee that you will love the book you selected or that it’s not a book you’ve read before. One of the beautiful things about books is they can resonate differently for every individual - making it a very personal and unique experience, but one that’s hard to guarantee will happen for everyone, with every book.

    We do offer refunds for boxes that arrive damaged or with items missing. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at yourbestie@bookclubbestie.com. To expedite your return, please be sure to send a picture of the damaged product so that we can get to work issuing your refund. We cannot guarantee a refund, but will try our best to remedy your issues.

  • Our Book Club Bestie Subscription Boxes are catered towards an 18+ audience as some books have more mature themes that may be inappropriate for children or young adults.

    However, you can still purchase a Book Club Bestie Deluxe Gift Box and just leave a comment that it’s for someone under 18 so that we can choose a more appropriate option for them.
